The Add-ons tab can be found within Settings. When you select the Add-ons icon you'll see a table of available features that can be added to the app. These settings are specific to the tenant you're in. You can see an overview of the feature, the status (active/inactive), and an option to add or remove the feature from the app. Some add-ons may require configuration, after they're added, to be usable.
When a feature is added, you'll find it in the lefthand navigation panel.
The following are the add-ons that are currently available. Keep an eye out for future additions!
- Accreditations: Allows Admins to create Accreditations and users to apply for new Accreditations within the application.
- Assignment Collection: Allows users to see their incomplete Assignments in a Collection on the You tab.
- Assignment Reminder: Allows users with overdue Assignments will be notified once a week via email and push notifications.
- Badges: Awards and encourages Learners' progress with custom badges
- Cross-tenant sharing: Allows you to share Content from one tenant to another
- Curriculums: Take blended learning to the next level with rubric guided reviews, optional learning activities, and completion certificates.
- Custom Fields: Allows you to tailor the information you collect about your people and Content to fit your organization’s unique needs
- Echospan: Establishes an integration with Echospan. Learners can view their assessment results and have Content automatically recommended to them based on their results.
- Leaderboards: Allows you to create fun competitions throughout your organization, based on certain learning objectives where users can earn points based on completing Content or Admins can manually award points based on certain tasks outside the system
- Learning Credential Network: Allows users to select Certifications that can be issued as badges to the IBM Learning Credential Network
- Licensure: Enables a dashboard widget that allows Learners to self-report credentials and corresponding expiration dates for compliance and allows Admins to configure reminder notifications
- Share Message: Allows users to provide context by adding a message when they share Content, folders, or scenario responses
- Veeva Vault: Pulls in any content from Veeva Vault
- WooCommerce: Allows you to set up groups within the platform to be sold using the WooCommerce plugin
- Workflows: Streamlines your process by automatically assigning Content to current or future learners--or both!
When you remove a feature from the app, your data is saved. For example, if you create a workflow and then remove the Workflow feature from the app, that workflow would be present if you were to add it back.
