Overview
Generate reports to gain valuable insights into learner progress, course effectiveness, and compliance to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement in the learning process.
Running a new report
When running a report you can specify parameters to narrow down results. Each report may have a different list of parameters to help you get just what you're looking for. When you're ready for the data, select Download. Reports output in .CSV format
Note: Report data is on a 3 hour delay. You can reference the reporting UI for information on when the next refresh will occur.
Saving and scheduling reports
Saving
Create a more efficient workflow if you have reports with specific parameters that you run regularly. After selecting Run new report, choosing a report and applying the necessary parameters you can select Save report which will present a window where you can customize the report name and add a description. After you save it you’ll see it on the main reporting page for quick access to run again at any time.
Note: Saved reports are unique per user, so your reports aren’t visible to others.
Scheduling
If you’d like your saved report to be sent to you at a regular cadence you can auto-schedule it. You can choose from daily, weekly, or monthly emails. This is also where you can add recipients if others in your organization would benefit from receiving the report.
