There's no better way for your Learners to practice than to record themselves and review. Scenarios allow Learners to record live sessions of themselves responding to a scenario so that you can provide feedback.

Creating a Scenario
First, you'll need to have Content Admin permission. In the Admin Content tab you'll find scenarios in the add (+) menu.
Details
The Title is the only field you're required to fill, but you'll probably want to add a few more details before sharing the scenario out to your learners. You'll have the same set of information available for scenarios as you will for other content types (such as description, tags, publish and expiration date).
Roleplay Setup
In the Roleplay setup section, you can choose to make the learner responses private or public
- Private: A video response will only be available to the Learner that completed it, their Coaches, and Content Admins with access to the scenario.
- Public: All users (Admin, Coach, and Learner) who have access to the scenario will be able to see the responses.
Note: If the scenario is assigned, it is treated as Private (even with a Public setting).
Background Media: Here, you can provide learning materials for your learners to review prior to their recording. You can add any content type as background media.
Recording Instructions: The purpose of the recording instructions is to provide your Learner with content that they can reference and display during their recording. This is limited to PDFs and videos.
Folder Location: To keep things organized, you can determine which folder(s) you'd like the scenario to be added to.
View & Edit Access: You can determine which Admins (edit access) and which Learners (view access) will be able to see the scenario.
Viewing a Scenario Response
You can view a scenario response from a couple different routes.
1. Scenarios recorded in an Assignment
Select the scenario from the Admin Content tab. Then select the Assigned tab, and then select a specific Learner. Within the Assignment details you'll see the completed content, where you can play the response.
Note: If Require Review was selected during the assign process, you'll have the ability to review and respond with a recording of your own, which the learner will see.
2. Scenarios recorded as a Self-Enrollment
Select the scenario from the Admin Content tab. Then select the Self-Enrollments tab, and then select a specific Learner. Within the enrollment details you'll see the completed content, where you can play the response.
