If you're a Content Admin, you can choose to feature a specific piece of content to be displayed on the dashboard for all learners in the associated view access groups in the form of a content banner.

Content banners can be visually customized and stand out among the items in the You tab. The Learner can select the button on the banner to access the associated content. You can add any content item you have access to.
To create a Content Banner
- Select the Featured Content admin tab:

- Select the creation action (+) and choose Content Banner.
- Add the necessary information. The Title, Priority, & Attachment fields are required. You can also set the banner’s appearance during setup.
- Select Save. All set!
Customization options
The following are the elements of the content banner that you can customize.
Basic Information
- Title
- Description
- Priority
- This will determine the order in which a learner will see these items displayed on their dashboard. This value is required and can be set anywhere between 1-100: the lower the number, the higher the priority.
Attachment
- Add content
- Any content item you have edit access to can be added as the attachment.
- Add folder
- Alternatively, any folder you have edit access to can also be added.
Appearance
- Header text color
- Body text color
- Button text color
- Background color
- Theme preview
Availability
- Publish Date
- Expiration Date
