View & Edit Access

Those with Content Admin permissions can apply View and Edit access to Announcements, Content Banners, Collections, Content, Folders (although it should be noted that folders don't have a view access option), and other objects.

• View & Edit
• The content item is visible on both the Learner-side and Admin-side content tables, for the group(s) associated. Learners of the group(s) can view the content, and Admins of the group can edit the content.
• View only
• The content item is visible on the Learner-side content table and will not be visible on the Admin-side content table, for the group(s) associated, except for by Super Admins and Owners.
• Edit only
• The content item is visible only on the Admin side content table, for the group(s) associated, and will not be visible on the Learner side content table. If no Edit Access groups are applied, it will only be visible to Super Admins and Owners.
• Admins can only edit those items they have Edit access to.
  
  Note: Only Super Admins and Owners can delete content items.
