Overview

The admin dashboard is your go-to location to see important information about your users, content, and more at a glance, such as:

How many people are using Loop?
How many people are viewing content?
What content is getting the most engagement?
What content is about to expire?
What content has had no views in the last year?

Unique active users

Counts the total number of users who have logged in to Loop each month. Get a high-level understanding of how many people are using Loop in your organization.

Users who have viewed content

Counts the total number of users who have logged in to Loop and viewed content each month. Get a high-level understanding of how many of your learners are using Loop.

Content expiring soon

Shows content that is set to expire within the next 90 days. Click ‘View all’ to see a complete list of content expiring within the next 90 days. The list is sorted by expiring, soonest first.

Most viewed content

Shows content with the most views by learners in the last 365 days. Click ‘View all’ to see a complete list of content with the most views and filter the list by past number of days. The list is sorted by number of views (most to fewest).

Content with no views

Shows content that has not been viewed by any learners in the last 365 days. Click ‘View items’ to see a complete list of content with no views and filter the list by past number of days. You can also search for content in this list to see if a particular item has not been viewed by any learners. The list is sorted by Title (A-Z).
