Restrict the creation of top level folders

If needed your team can limit access to managing the top level folder structure, which restricts changes to the root level to Super Admins only. A couple of reasons this can be useful:

• To enforce a standardized organizational structure within the platform. This helps maintain consistency, makes it easier to navigate and locate content, and promotes efficient collaboration among team members.
• It allows the team to maintain a higher level of governance and quality assurance. Super admins can review and validate folder structures, ensuring that they align with the team's content management guidelines and objectives.

To enable this option:

• Navigate to Settings
• Select the Folders tab
• Enable Restrict top-level folder structure

*Content admins will still be able to created subfolders
