Dashboards

A dashboards is a fully responsive and customizable pages that provide the flexibility for your tenant to configure an experience in a way that supports your team's specific learning needs.

 

Note: To have a custom dashboard configured, connect with Maestro support and we will work directly with stakeholders to implement your updated structure. In the future we plan to have an interface where you can make these updates.

 

 

Multiple dashboards

Additional dashboards can be added to the app, beyond the default page. These can contain any of the widgets used for the default/main dashboard (listed below). For example, a Learning dashboard (image below) can be added to highlight specific content that requires its own area in the app.

 

 

Widgets

The dashboard consists of optional widgets (listed below). The dashboard is broken into thirds so larger screens will display these widget configurations in each row: 3 small or 1 small + 1 medium or 1 large. You can choose to have a widget be small, medium or large. Here's an example:

Welcome Banner

What: a banner that contains:

• A greeting (dynamic depending on time of day)
• Unread notification count
• Search bar

Admin prioritized communications that can contain links to content, folders, and external websites.

Assignments/To-Do’s

A list of content that's been assigned to you.

Badges

Badges that are available to you. These may include content and/or tasks that occur outside of the app.

Certifications that are available to you. These may include content and/or tasks that occur outside of the app.

Used to highlight a specific folder or content.

Learning Records

Content you have viewed, resulting in a record.

Favorites

Content you have favorited.

Content you have viewed, sorted by most recent first.
