Reset your password

Need to reset your password? No worries! Here's how.

Reset your password while signed in

1. Go to your profile.
2. Select send password reset link. 
3. Check your email inbox for a new message from Loop.
4. In the password reset email, select reset password.

Note: Ensure that the account you're currently signed in under matches the account the reset email was for or else the reset will not work

Reset your password while signed out

1. From the login page enter your email
2. Select the Forgot password button
3. Check your email inbox for a new message from Loop.
4. In the password reset email, select reset password.
