• The Content Archiving feature provides access for the removal of obsolete or outdated content. When content is archived, it's eliminated from all primary locations, including lessons, learning paths, and folders. Retaining access will allow you to reference historical records while ensuring the content that's accessible is up-to-date. Once archived, content can be permanently deleted, if necessary.

Certifications: Assigning and Self-enrolling

We have updated certifications to allow them to be assigned or self-enrolled into. Either action will result in the certification being added to the learner’s to-do/assignment list for higher visibility.

With this update comes a few changes worth noting.

1. Users that had any criteria in progress prior to the update will now see the certification in their to-do’s/assignment list as a self-enrolled certification.
2. Learners will only receive an "awarded" notification if they are assigned or self-enrolled into the certification. Basically, ensure you are assigning the certification, not its parts/criteria.
3. We have removed the auto-assign functionality that had existed at the criteria level. Now that the entire certification can be assigned, this is no longer needed.

• The Certifications and Leaderboards view all action was not functioning in the profile

• The reporting UI has been updated. The most noteworthy aspect is the time frame selector. For reports that include dates, you can now select from a relative time frame, year to do date, a custom range, or all time (where applicable).

• When adding content to items such a lessons, expired content was being presented while the expired filter was not selected.

• Announcement emails weren't being sent more than once per user.

• Coaches were unable to view a learner's certification details

• Certifications could not be filtered by status.

• Global view admins were unable to preview content
