What's new
Dashboards
Dashboards provide the flexibility for your tenant to configure pages in a way that supports your team's specific learning needs. We will work with your team to review the available widgets, discuss current and future needs and then layout the new dashboard. These can be adjusted at any time as new use cases arise.
Events
Admins have access to add events in Loop, providing learners a centralized location for things such as upcoming conferences, training, product launches, and more. You can add an event name, description, date, location, and more. Visibility into events is group driven so each learner may have a different list.
Rubrics
Rubrics can be used to require reviews on criteria attempts within a certification. To account for unique review requirements, depending on the learning activity, reviews can be required for single completion criteria or progress based (multiple attempt) criteria. The rubrics utilize the authored content builder, allowing for more granular feedback. For example, it can be setup to require a manager to complete a form including open text feedback or multiple choice options to rate/provide feedback when reviewing a learner's submission.
Coach Digest
The coach digest is a weekly email that contains assignments that need to be reviewed as well as a list of learners they manage and the assignments overdue or due soon.
What we're working on
Authored Content Partial Credit - Q4
An addition to the multiple choice question type that will allow admins to place specific point values on individual answer options.
Folder View Access setting - Q4
An optional setting on folders that allows admins to determine which group(s) can see the folder. After opening the folder, content access is still a requirement to see the items within it. Example; I must have group access to the folder and to the content. Current state only requires the learner to have group access to the content to see the folder.
Most Popular Widget - Q4
Learners can see the most popular content their group(s) have access to.
App Responsiveness - Q1 2023
Making the learner and coach experiences fully responsive, meaning the pages scale cleanly no matter the device size. Updated tables are being implemented as well as new content viewers. Once completed, we'll focus on flipping the mobile experience to mirror web so they are consistent no matter what type of device you are using.
