After pushing out several large updates in July we've been heads down, focused on the next batch. We had one release on the responsive front as more work continues there.

What's been shipped

Your Profile tab has been updated to a responsive layout. The functionality from the previous version is still available, just in a different format via widgets.

What we're working on now

Folder creation access

Turning on this setting will update the system to only afford Super Admins the ability to create Folders at the top level in the content library.

Events

Admins will have access to add events in Loop, providing learners a single location for ease of tracking. You will be able to add an event name, description, date, location, and more. Visibility into events will be group driven so each learner may have a different list. Upon the completion of the new dashboard updates (see below) there will be an events widget on the learner's landing page.

Rubrics

Rubrics will be available in certifications to create a more robust review process when a learner completes a criteria attempt. The rubric can be used as a reference guide for the learner and reviewer. It can also directly impact the approval or rejection of a submission by associating scoring with the review.

App responsiveness (web and mobile)

We are making the learner and coach experiences fully responsive, meaning the pages scale cleanly no matter the device size. Updated tables are being implemented as well as new content viewers. Once completed, the mobile app will reflect the same views as what you see on web, leading to a more consistent experience.

Dashboard enhancements

Part of the work required for mobile to mirror web is ensuring the dashboard works for both large and small screens. We've received feedback from a lot of you about the path of the new dynamic dashboard (which is widget driven) and we're going after some of those requests to help build out the experience. Individual collections will be available again. Announcements will be more visually prominent as well as allow text formatting and hyperlinks. There's more to come on this front!
