• When content is uploaded, sometimes it will fail to process correctly, which will prevent end users from viewing it. We've added a few things to help you to be proactive if this does occur:
  • The owner will be notified in app and via email as soon as the failure happens, usually less than a minute after saving.
  • There's messaging in the content details along with a link to a help center article for additional support if needed.

• • There is a Failed to Process filter located on the Admin > Content table that will display only those items that failed.

• When bulk reassigning content, no learners were populated in the Assigned Learners table
• New content created in an empty folder wasn't appearing when expected

• Admin search was not returning content if you were the owner but did not have edit access (as a non-super)

• Authored content could not be overridden when it was within a lesson

• As an admin you can now search for folders or content using non-consecutive or partial terms. You can also search for subfolders from the root level.
• Default groups
  • When enabled, all current users are added to the group and any user created in the future will also be added.
• The Content tab is now fully responsive, down to the size of a mobile device.

• Drop-downs in authored content were becoming inaccessible in certain circumstances, preventing the completion of the content.
• Some embedded items in authored content were reloading continuously

• The submit action has been removed from assignments. When the last content item is completed, the assignment will auto-complete.

• When editing a certification and changing it from group specific to global, the groups were not being removed from the table.

• Filters were missing in the content tab

• Sign in as another user
  • This add-on introduces the ability for People to sign in as other users, also known as impersonating. When signed in as another user, you'll have full account access as if you were that person. The permission to sign in as another user is limited to whomever super admins give this permission to.

• Accreditations: A notification is now sent when an application moves from Staged to Awaiting Approval

• The Content tab is now fully responsive, down to the size of a mobile device. (THIS HAS BEEN REVERTED FOR NECESSARY FIXES)

• SSO users were unable to switch accounts when their external IDs didn't match
