Workflow Scheduling
When managing a workflow you can now determine when assignments should be delivered to learners.
- On specific dates - define the date the content is assigned, as well as when it is due (if applicable).
- Relative to group membership - assign content a specific number of days after a user is added to a group
- All at once - Assign everything when the workflow next runs
Note - Changing the assignment schedule (from 'All at once' to 'On specific dates', as an example) will result in removing all assignments from the workflow.
Preview users prior to saving
After adding configuring your assignment and adding a group, you can select Preview users to see who will be assigned and who will be skipped. Assignments will only be sent to users if they have not already been assigned in the past. Toggle between assignments to see users for each.
