Optional Criteria (Certifications)
To mark a criteria as optional enable the Optional toggle within the Criteria requirements section while updating the criteria.
Manual Reviews (Certifications)
Within a certification criteria, coaches and admins can now create a learning record for a a learner on their behalf. For example, a criteria within a certification requires that a learner demonstrate their understanding of a specific topic or talking point via a scenario. If this happens live (outside of the app), a manager or admin can add a record for the learner.
To create a manual attempt as a coach or admin, navigate to the learner's progress within the certification. In the attempts table select "add" to produce a manual entry form. You can enter notes and the date the activity occurred.
Note: If a rubric is associated with the criteria, once the manager or admin enters notes and a date it will open the rubric to complete.
